My induction experience has been a valuable learning experience that has given me an opportunity to reflect on my teaching practies. As COVID-19 cut our experience short, it is important to reflect on this critical time in our induction process. My mentor and I have focued in-depth regarding the importance of making sure our students are taken care of and the role we play as educators in our state. Now, more than ever students need their educators to step up to this new role to show students the importance of education in a new platform. What a way to end an induction year!
